Etwas enttäuschend Positive: Es war etwas Pech, dass ich ein Zimmer auf den Südseite in einem der unteren Stockwerke bekam. Es heizt sich sehr auf und die Klimaanlage ist extrem laut (nicht regelbar). Positiv sind die gute Sicherheit und die überdachten Stellplätze. Negative: Die Fenster und die Tür sind sehr hellhörig. Direkt vor dem Haus gab es Samstags laute Party vom Nachbarn und Montags ein Höllenlärm durch das benachbarte Dieselkraftwerk (es gab wohl einen Stromausfall). Der Rolladen lässt sich nur ganz schließen oder ganz öffnen. Das Bett ist extrem weich. Keine Möglichkeit, kleine Wäsche aufzuhängen.
