Positive: I like the high rise building. The apartment was very good for the value. The location was great. Not beachfront, but walking distance from the beach. We didn't mind walking to the beach. Safe area. Negative: The pool was under repair and we couldn't enjoy it. But will definitely come back and hopefully the pool will be ready.
